About Zorica Buser, PhD
Dr. Zorica Buser is an Assistant Professor of Research Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA.
Dr. Buser received her doctorate degree in Human Biology from the University of Ulm in Germany. She completed two postdoctoral fellowships: The first was at the Institute of Orthopaedic Research & Biomechanics at the University of Ulm, and the second was at the Department of Orthopaedics, University of California in San Francisco.
Dr. Buser has written more than 40 published articles, 5 book chapters, and has presented more than 50 podium and poster presentations at spine meetings all over the world.
She is a member of the North American Spine Society (NASS), Lumbar Spine Research Society (LSRS), and AOSpine. Dr. Buser also reviews the Global Spine Journal and European Spine Journal. Dr. Buser is an Associate Member of AO Spine Knowledge Forum – Degen/Biologics. She is also a member of NASS Committee, Section on Biologics & Basic Research.
