Can't get pain management to help because of previous subutex clinic

I have RA,OA, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, & Sjourns Syndrome. My husband died in 2006, my best friend at the time allowed us to live with him. He is now my fiance'. But at the time I was on Hydrocodone 10mg. 4 times per day. The only condition that my fiancé had was to get off the pain meds. He is 18 years older and has never been through anything like I have been through, he hardly ever gets sick and when he does you usually don't know it until I get sick because if he is sick for 3 days, I am usually down worse for 3-4 weeks because of my immune system. He just doesn't understand. Even the last Subutex clinic told me I needed to switch and switched me to methadone for the pain until I could find a pain management clinic and switch. Well to say the least, I cannot metabolize methadone, so I had to go back on to the subutex, it was so bad, I ended up in the hospital because I had toxic levels of methadone in my system. Anyway, the pain clinic said they would only help me if I have been off subutex for at least 3 months. So I did, and now the NP said because of my past, they would not help me with pain management. I see the MD on the 28th of this month, but that is a long time to wait when some days I can't even get out of bed. I don't understand why they will not help me. Has anyone else ran into this problem? Thanks. My oldest is getting married in May and I don't know if I will actually be able to make it. Also, one more important thing is that I use Kratom to help and it does to an extent, but when my pain gets unbearable, I have grandma seizures. I would appreciate any advice.
