What does degenerative hypertrophic bone spurs mean?

I'm a bit impatient as my follow-up with my doctor isn't until next week and I can't seem to find what some of these things mean. Does anyone know that these mean? It seems I have multiple herniated discs and a reversal of the normal cervical lordosis.

*Degenerative hypertrophic bone spurs
*extruded discogenic fragment
