Spine and Gastric sleeve cramp

I had gastric sleeve and have lower back pain issues. I am not sure if this is due to the gastric sleeve or the spine. I have a ton of back pain in my lower back. They did 2 MRI's and xray's and found 2 disc bulges. I tried some otc medications but they didn't really work that well. In the morning the pain is not as severe. I was wondering if nerve branch blocks or anything would help with this pain. Please give me some help with this.
