Founded in 1992 and based in Indiana, the Center for Pain Management is a dedicated medical practice focused on the treatment and management of a wide range of acute and chronic pain conditions. Currently, the practice includes three pain care clinics and onsite surgical centers located in Indianapolis, Greenwood, Indiana and Lafayette, Indiana. All of our physicians are fellowship trained and board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology with added qualifications in pain medicine.

In addition, our multidisciplinary clinical team of pain specialists includes experienced physical therapists, physician assistants, psychologists and nurses. The Center offers medical evaluations, diagnostics, imaging, interventional spine procedures, spinal cord stimulators, radiofrequency ablation, nerve blocks, injections, infusion therapy, psychological services and medication management and compliance monitoring.
